So, what exactly is MIXXEDFIT? MIXXEDFIT is a people-inspired fitness program that is a mix of intensive dancing combined with boot camp toning. Everything about MIXXEDFIT can be described as explosive—all movements are big, exaggerated, and high level.
A regular MIXXEDFIT class is 60 minutes in duration. Each class is designed to help students quickly reach their desired fitness goal. Only a minimal amount of the type of equipment that is typically described as awkward or difficult to handle is included in any session—no dumbbells or strange contraptions!
While the choreography steps that are a part of the MIXXEDFIT program are minimally repetitive, they are very easy to follow, which allows each student to increase a personal level of intensity during each and every workout. MIXXEDFIT strives to keep choreography at a level whereby students can focus on working out as opposed to striving to follow dance steps.
MIXXEDFIT fitness classes just might be perfect for you! Classes will be held from 7-8 PM, March 20th through April 12th, Tumlinson Park Pavilion.
For BHC dues paying residents—$10 for the full 4 week session.
For BHC Non-OA residents—$12 or the full 4 week session.
