BHC OA’S FIRST ANNUAL KITE FESTIVAL! Neighbors! Join us as we FLY into Spring! Mark for your calendars now for BHC OA’s First Annual Kite Festival, March 30th, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Tonkawa Park!
Kite fliers, bring your kites to the green grass of Tonkawa Park, fill the skies, and compete in BHC OA’s First Annual Kite Contest! Prizes will be awarded to the best kites constructed by the age categories of under 17 and 18 and older (all kite fliers are welcome, but only homemade kites will be eligible for the contest). Be watching for the soon to be released announcement of contest details.
Residents! Not only will you want to bring along your blanket, spread out on the grass, watch the fantastic kites that fill the skies and congratulate contest winners, you’ll also want to watch the EOL professional kite team perform magic tricks in the air and take advantage of the fantastic food made available by one of BHC’s favorite vendors, Alamo Bound BBQ (credit cards and cash accepted).
